This is going to be so hard this week.
All of the dancers were FANTASTIC. I squeed so hard when Katee and Joshua were paired back up.
If any of the guys won I would be happy. I love Joshua, Twitch and Mark in equal measures. Of the girls, I like Katee the best. I can’t even BEGIN to speculate on who will go home this week. It’s such a tight competition. *on pins and needles until tomorrow*

Ok, so there are lots of people there and I’m semi-reading reports. Here are my reactions to a few things I’ve seen/heard.
Dr. Horrible sequel or Act 4? *FLAIL*
Hugh Jackman making a surprise appearance and bringing clips from the Wolverine movie? *FLAIL*
David Boreanaz doing a Bones panel? *FLAIL*
But….and this is for my SG-1 flisties and especially the J/D fangirls…..
Why did no one tell me that RICK and SHANKS would BE IN THE SAME ROOM TOGETHER? *FLAILFLAILFLAIL*
Where is the squee? Please tell me that you aren’t all miserable over the full on smooch Browder gave Shanks, are you? I wish I had money to build a time machine so I could go to Comic Con and be there for that panel. *sigh*

So, recently Liam has been asking about where things are in the world. He’s showing a big interest in geography. He’s asked where Fia lives and where some of my other friends live. Well, I came up with this really awesome idea.
If you would like, could any of you on my flist send Liam a postcard that shows where you live (ie city or state or heck even both!)? I think it would be a really cool way for him to learn geography, we can show him on a map where these places are and he’ll get to learn at the same time!

So, I signed up to do a day a Fall for Cordy. It’s not due until the end of Sept. I was thinking it might be another installment of the Wes/Cordy road trip saga. A little bit of action ala training, a little bit of intrigue in the case they’re following, and then Cordy seducing a very unsuspecting Wes. Because it’s about time she got to do more than chase nasty things and ride on the back of a motorcycle and kiss her boyfriend. Cordy wants it all. And she’s gonna get it.

The Department of Health and Human Services has decided to “redefine” contraception as “abortion”.
What? you say.
That’s right. The Religious Right is enforcing their beliefs on everyone and it’s going to adversely affect women who take contraception irregardless of whether they take it for birth control or not.

I have already gone to both and sent my opinions on to both my local Representative and my Senator.
If you are a woman, I URGE you to go and make your opinion known, let the people in charge hear your voice. This is just election year politics and we shouldn’t let the Religious Right decide what we should be doing with OUR bodies.

So You Think You Can Dance?

I must admit, yes I watch this show. I started watching last year and got into it this year, watching from the auditions onward. This is a tight year. But I do have my favorites. I love Twitch and Kherrington, and Josh and Katee. I’m kind of sad that the couples will be breaking up next week because those two couples have great dynamics. I couldn’t find a good Twitch/Kherrington vid, so here, have Josh and Katee performing a Bollywood routine from Wednesday night. You’ll understand why they’re one of my favorites.
