Well, I went to get my birth control today.

I went with something called Implanon. It’s kinda like Norplant only there’s only one stick/rod/whatever andit only last three years. Now I went into this expecting it to hurt some when it got put in, but OMFG it hurts like a mo-fo. My left bicep both stings and aches. I’m sure it will go away eventually but right now it hurts. I’d say  I want chocolate, but Brad and I also started our diet today. Phooey.

I knew him first from the X-Files. And then from Supernatural. He did wonderful work. He will be missed.

SGA: What The PTBs Did To Carson, A Reaction

Warning: Minor discussion of the series finale.

I have always been a fan of Carson. He was the first character I fell in love with when I started watching SGA. So when the rumors started flying about what was going to happen to him towards the end of season three, I couldn’t believe it. Not Carson, not dear, sweet Carson. So I joined all the save Carson groups I could find. I signed petitions, I made my voice known. Knowing the producers and writers for Stargate I didn’t think much would come of it, but the PTBs surprised me. Carson was coming back in the fourth season. Oh, what a fool I was.

An Introduction

This is my first attempt at an entry, so here goes. Hello, I'm Katy and welcome. I hope to entertain you while you visit. Mostly this will be a place for my babblings as the subtitle suggests. The title might be recognizable to those who are fans of BTVS. For those who aren't, go watch season 5, Intervention. I am a Buffy fan, I will admit to having a small obsession. I've just started watching Angel, and Wesley is growing on me. I also write Buffy fanfiction, specifically Buffy/Giles stories. And that's in the romanitc sense, so if that's not your cup of tea, this is not the place for you. All others, Welcome and enjoy! I will eventually post my stories here, but for now all are at the following Yahoo! groups, GilesRulesBaby, gilesnaughty, WatcherGirls, and BGTogether. The communtiy of writers and fans belonging to these groups is the best bunch of people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They have made me welcome, generously answered my questions and responded favorably to my stories. Thank you all.
